Our experienced VAs can create professional, industry-specific promotional materials and other desktop publishing requests quickly and easily. 

How does it work?

• Simply email us your requirements
• If you require a document to be typed, either scan and attach it to your email, or fax it to our offices, or upload it to our secure ftp site (we provide you with detailed instructions on how to do this)
• Email us the graphic file of your company logo
• Advise if you require us to write the content of your document
• Your assigned VA types or creates the files and emails you the finished product in both an editable and pdf format

How much does it cost?

If you require us to research and write the content for your project, the research and writing charges will be as follows:

Marketing Materials

• 1 page flyer design starting at $130.00
• 2 page brochure design starting at $260.00
• poster design starting at $260.00

Outdoor Advertising

• billboards starting at $260.00
• transit posters starting at $260.00
• in-mall advertising starting at $260.00
• guerilla advertising/concepts - request quote

Marketing Plan/Media plan/Schedules

• ranges from $325.00 to $1105.00 (cost is dependant on business size, scope and budget)

Note that all designs are subject to additional costs for stock photos, copywriting (see below), printing, media placement, etc.

Writing Services

Our writing services are charged by the word, so you only pay for what is actually written.  Our fees are calculated at $65.00 CAD for every 500 words written or part thereof, with a minimum charge of $65.00 and increases in increments of 250 words or $32.50.  This can be any combination of writings, i.e., 1000 words can be divided up into a 500-word main article, a 350-word sidebar article and two 75-word blog posts.  There is an additional $30.00 charge if you require keyword research and keyword optimization.

Research Services

Our research services are charged by the hour at $50.00 per hour.
