How it works

• Problem: A client attends a conference and collects business cards but has no time to sort through them
  • Solution: The client either scans and emails or couriers the cards to the VA (Virtual Assistant) who creates a database of contacts, sorted by profession, name or company, and provides the list to the client electronically to be imported to the client's existing Outlook or other contact list
• Problem: A client needs to prepare a report or a presentation
  • Solution: The client emails or faxes their notes or concept drawings to the VA who creates a professionally written and formatted report or a logically sequenced presentation complete with graphics and animations.  The VA emails the report or presentation to the client as an attachment.
• Problem: A client wants to provide a monthly newsletter to their own clients but does not have a writer or desktop publisher or graphic artist on staff.
  • Solution: The client emails the VA with their concept ideas, the url of their website, a copy of their logo and any other information the VA would require and the VA researches the client's field of expertise, writes a professionally written monthly newsletter, which is placed into a professional, industry-related design.  The VA emails the completed newsletter to the client each month as an attachment.  Alternatively, the client can provide the VA with the list of recipients and the VA can also use a mail merge to either email, fax or mail the newsletters to the contact list.
• Problem: A client wants to utilize the social media websites, however, they just don't know where to start.
  • Solution: The client emails the VA with their website, logo graphic and details of their niche market.  The VA researches keyword phrases that identify a need in the niche market and creates a social media identity for the client that includes Twitter, FaceBook, Blogger, YouTube, Posterous, Flicker and more.  The client simply has to send one email to populate all of their social media sites!
• Problem: Your business has a specific problem, either work that you don't need a whole new staff member for, or a temporary overflow issue.
  • Solution: We have a VA with the expertise required to quickly and professionally solve your problem!
