some guidelines for pricing on some of our general
services:
General Office Administration
We offer experienced VAs to assist you in your
general office administration duties, such as:

making phone calls
-
travel arrangements
-
conference call arrangements
-
contact management
-
event planning
-
bulk mailing
The cost for these types of general office
administration duties is $30.00 per hour. A job
can be anything from a one-time travel arrangement
job, to a contract of 5 hours per week of general
duties, or anything in between.

and we will assign you an experienced VA right away. You will receive
our statement of account together with your finished
product. If your contract is ongoing, or
weekly, you will
be billed every 2 weeks. If your contract is
monthly, you will be billed on the 15th and 30th of
each month.
