Transcription

Our experienced transcriptionists can transcribe your video or audio files quickly and easily. 

How does it work?

• If your files are on cassette or an audio or video player, simply courier the item to your assigned VA
• If your files are digital, simply either email them to us or upload them to our secure ftp site (we give you detailed no-fail directions on how to do this)
• If you require any of the files to be placed on your company letterhead, this is easily accomplished by emailing us your letterhead
• Your assigned VA transcribes the files and emails you the finished product
• We return the couriered item(s) to you via return courier, along with a hard copy of the finished product

How much does it cost?

Our transcription services are charged by the word, so you only pay for what is actually dictated.  Our fees are calculated at $30.00 CAD for every 500 words transcribed or part thereof, with a minimum charge of $30.00 and increases in increments of 250 words or $15.00.
