Translation

Our experienced linguists can translate your video or audio files quickly and easily.  We are able to work from either French to English or English to French.  We are also able to offer services from English to Spanish and Spanish to English. 

How does it work?

• If your files are on cassette or an audio or video player, simply courier the item to your assigned VA
• If your files are digital, simply either email them to us or upload them to our secure ftp site (we give you detailed, no-fail directions on how to do this)
• If you require any of the files to be placed on your company letterhead, this is easily accomplished by emailing us your letterhead
• Your assigned VA translates the files and emails you the finished product
• We return the couriered item(s) to you via return courier, along with a hard copy of the finished product

How much does it cost?

Our translation services include internal editing for each translation and are based on one translator processing approximately 1500 words per day.

Translation rates
Regular rate (3-5 day turn around) = $0.34 per word
Pressing rate (2 day turn around) = $0.37 per word
Urgent rate (24 hour turn around) = $0.39 per word
Emergency rate (same day/weekend/holiday turn around) = $0.46 per word

Revision rates
Regular rate (3-5 day turn around) = $85.00 per hour
Pressing rate (2 day turn around) = $98.00 per hour
Urgent rate (24 hour turn around) = $111.00 per hour
Emergency rate (same day/weekend/holiday turn around) = $124.00 per hour

An additional 10% is charged to the cost of translation/editing/revising all PowerPoint documents containing boxes or graphics.
