Word Processing
Our experienced VAs can create or type your word
processing requests quickly and easily.
How does it work?

Simply email us your requirements (straight
typing, formatting into a report with a table of
contents and cover page, etc.)

If you require a document to be typed, either
scan and attach it to your email, or fax it to
our offices, or upload it to our secure ftp site
(we provide you with detailed instructions on
how to do this)

If you have a hard copy of a document that you
wish to courier to us, simply courier the
document to your assigned VA

If you require any of the files to be placed on
your company letterhead, this is easily
accomplished by emailing us your letterhead

Your assigned VA types or creates the files
using Microsoft Word 2007 and
emails you the finished product in a Word
2003/2007 compatible format
-
We return the couriered item(s) to you via
return courier, along with a hard copy of the
finished product
How much does it cost?
Our transcription services are charged by the word,
so you only pay for what is actually typed.
Our fees are calculated at $30.00 CAD for every 500
words typed or part thereof, with a minimum
charge of $30.00 and increases in increments of 250
words or $15.00. There is an additional
$30.00 charge if you require a cover page and table
of contents.
